Civil Engineers, Geologists, and Wastewater Professionals.

Mission and Vision

Our promise to managers responsible for the maintenance of critical wet infrastructure who are facing safety, compliance, and operational challenges is to be:

Because it's impossible to see below dark water, the condition of wastewater tanks is only obvious once there is a problem. SediVision, LLC, is a professional engineering service that delivers complete visibility of the sand and grit debris in full wastewater tanks.

With no need to drain tanks or take systems offline, SediVision® technology provides wastewater managers, utilities, contractors, and engineers visibility into wastewater tanks and pipes. Data collected over time with SediVision helps utility operators develop a predictive maintenance schedule for wastewater tanks and helps teams make informed operational, maintenance, and budgetary decisions. The information gained from SediVision's mapped data leads to greater knowledge and more cost-efficient and strategic use of resources for utilities.

The SediVision Story

The concept driving SediVision® technology took root in the work of U.S. Submergent Technologies, LLC (USST), a Florida company co-founded by Denver J. Stutler, Jr., PE. USST is a submergent cleaning company established in 2011. The company provides sand, grit, and residual removal services from hard-to-reach material in wet environments, including tanks and large-diameter pipes.

Through the experience of cleaning hundreds of wastewater tanks for utilities, the team at USST recognized a persistent issue for utility managers: the inability to accurately estimate accumulated tank material due to the lack of visibility within wastewater tanks.

The challenges of seeing into the turbid water in tanks left utility managers unable to plan or effectively allocate funds within wastewater budgets because they could not reliably assess conditions within the tanks. The development of SediVision® technology was a direct response to help solve challenges facing utility managers and operators.

Developed in 2018 and refined through 2021, the technology, now patent-pending and trademarked as SediVision®, provides complete visibility into wastewater tanks, delivering to treatment facilities critical information for accurately assessing system functionality and maintenance needs.

At SediVision, LLC, Denver J. Stutler, Jr., PE, leads a team purposefully selected for their experience, skills, and passion. As part of the wastewater industry, they are committed to serving utilities, engineers, and the future of efficient, effective, and environmentally sound wastewater practices.

SediVision, LLC and U.S. Submergent Technologies, LLC are owned by USST Holdings, LLC.
